I love your Yoga videos. I’ve tried others and they’re so difficult to get
into. You go slow and it’s easy to follow along. I’m very out of shape, so
the squatting was difficult for so long, but I feel so much more relaxed
after these vids. I’ll take as many as you can give.
I do part one and two almost everyday, since about a month back. I really
feel and see a change, both belly and legs. At least i feel as if i´m able
to “hold” my body better So Thanks for inspiring videos.
Great class, only wish i hadn’t worked out my legs at the gym, was
completely unaware thighs were a part of class two! P.S. I like the blue
outfit much better, it seemed more fitting for yoga plus the one color
scheme seems calming and less distracting..but thats just me;)
Very nice exercises for us beginners! I usually struggle to do yoga, even
when following beginners classes, which results in quitting. It is not the
case here, and I feel great!
Oh, for the outfit – two colors, like the ones you have on your shorts seem
like a nice combination-also I find violet color relaxing Cheers!
this was great…I have never been able to even come close to a side plank,
until you taught me the technique in this video, turning the heels to the
side and lifting the arm. It’s the first step! Maybe I’ll do a full side
plank this year.
Yea.. I probably will not be doing anymore yoga from her. I am sure it is
great but when she says “beginner” she doesn’t mean that.. I am a serious
beginner and cannot get through this..
I really enjoy these sessions. I’m noticing a great improvement with my
flexibility and energy. Just a little advice: When finishing the sessions,
don’t jump so quickly to talk about your outfit LOL it kinda kills the

day one until im used to it then move to day 2? how many days do u have?
