Great yoga series! I can’t afford studio classes right now, and these
videos are definitely bridging the gap. Favorite post-workout snack: a
smoothie! Yogurt, orange juice, and whatever fresh fruit is in season.
Love these videos. Perfect way to start my mornings and get energised for
the day. Also great to keep my yoga form in check. Love how she is very
focused and informative on how your form should look and feel so we do it

have definitely made me a fan! I do some yoga almost everyday and feel so
much better when I do! finally found a way to exercise that makes me happy,
challenges me but also relaxes me. keep up the good work!
Found these videos really helpful and energizing, cheers. Going through
chronic fatigue syndrome and also have years of weight lifting without
stretching and movement behind me. Post workout is: Coconut
water/spinach/banana/pineapple/blueberries/maca/ginseng/matcha/barley
grass/creatine/mct oil and protein powder shake. Some magnesium glycinate
too.

videos and theyre the best,A query i just like to make…is yoga the sole
means of your perfect body or do you go for other exercise gym jogging or
intensive workout.
Hi Erica. First of all I just want to say thank you, your videos are
amazing and are really helping me! I used to go to yoga when I was at home
and had a great teacher however when I moved to university I haven’t been
able to find one that I am happy with so I started using your videos. I am
a great believer of Yoga for the health benefits it can offer. Anyway,
quick question, when I do the dancing sheeba and grab hold of my foot I’m
finding that my back is always bent and then when I try to straighten it I
have to let go of my foot because my hands won’t reach, do you know why
this might be the case?
I had a lot of ankle pain, any advice on why that might be happening and
how I can correct that? Also with the dancing shiva, advice on supplemental
stretches to help with extending my leg with my hand touching? That’s my
goal pose right now :)
Erica you are one of the few genuine yogis on youtube! The only yoga videos
I will watch! She is welcoming and challenging and extremely knowledgable
at the same time. Keep up the good work!
I did part 1 and man it is hard work! She is a VERY fit lady!! Please do

For some reason, I find the 2d part more challenging than the 3d one. But
