I’ve been doing this workout since August now. Along with maintaining a
healthy diet…I’ve lost 18 pounds. 2 more pounds to go. It really does

Well. I have learned that doing the same work out over And over. Is not
good your body get Yeah to the moves. It’s good to mix up your work outs
And you get a lot better results. That way. I will do this work out three
times a week And do a diffrent work out the other two days
This is probably my all time favorite workout. I try to alternate videos
but I this is the cornerstone of my fitness regimen and I do it at least 2x
a week. It is incredibly challenging and you can increase the difficulty
level as you go along. I find Jillian Michael incredibly motivating and I
really see results from her routines.
I have done every workout under the moon and this one by far is my all time
favourite. I do this one in particular 3 times a week then in between while
my muscles are rebuilding the other 2-3 days doing another one of her 55
min workout with no free weights and I throw in her 35 min ab one too. I’ve
been on it for 16 days and I’m so impressed. I get stronger each workout,
so I push myself each workout and feel the fat melting off. I clearly
incorporate eating far better and I stop snacking at night where I use to
gain most of my calories. My trick is to prepare a snack container. I fill
it with celery mainly then a small apple and raspberries or another veggie
like red pepper and a tsp of natural peanut butter no sugar added. So if I
feel like I NEED to snack after my dinner I grab my container. Remember if
your muscles are sore you need to let them rest! altranate this workout
with another one. Drink water and herbal tea cut out the juice and pop and
prepare your meals. I find it’s the only way I eat enough throughout the
day and the right things! Keep going!!!
When I did this for the first time on Monday I stopped a little after 14
minutes, although my body is super sore for some reason from the first time
I stopped a little after 17 minutes. I now its only 3 minutes extra but at
least it’s progress, especially putting into account my body was already
sore from the first time. I’m doing this every week on Monday, Wednesday,
and Thursday. On Tuesday and Friday I do light exercise and practice on my
volleyball serve and passes, hopefully I see progress. (I’m also not
changing what I eat only the portions) if anyone has any tips for me I
would appreciate it.

loss program for my wife, you have used, or you know someone used it and
it was succesfull ? She has huge problem with obesity recently . She has
tried ton of different methods and trainings but no one really worked in
her case (last time she lost 13 pounds in about 3 weeks and now she is
gaining pounds again). If anyone knows any decent and reliable weight loss

This is my second day doing i and I got up to 33: minutes — this is no
joke I can already feel it in my thighs and butt . My stomach . Hoping to
make it to the whole hour next time ..

I am pretty fit myself and I was trying to keep up with them but I had to
catch my breath for more than 5 sec at times…

I couldn’t finish the video! Did about 30 minutes. it was a great work out.

is this really cardio? after 10 mins workout my heartrate was really slow
and I didnt feel exausted at all…its kinda slow, boring
Thanks to this exercise I’m now size 14 from 18 this really works .
