Thanks everyone for the awesome comments on the 3-day Yoga for Weightloss
challenge!!! It’s very encouraging to hear how the videos are successful in
your life! Namaste : )
Courtney, I love your videos. I started doing yoga about two months ago,
and while I view lots of different youtube workouts, I think I dig yours
most. In just the short time, I definitely feel more energized, stronger,
and healthier. But I’m still having problems holding myself up on my right
hand in certain poses. (sorry I haven’t learned all of the names yet) I’m a
writer, and have had tendonitis in the past, so I guess my wrist is a
little weak. Are there any modifications I can do so I can maximize my
workout without putting too much pressure on my wrist??
I have started the first three in this series. I can definitely feel a
difference from these workouts… More intense than just holding a series
of poses. I enjoy Courtney and love the ponytail. Also I like the
monochromatic color scheme for she asked what she looks best in.?
I’ve spent the last three days trying each of these three videos (plus the
one for back pain relief), and I am enjoying them very much. I have NO
experience with yoga, but I find your instructions easy to follow (if not
easy to execute). My wrists are getting very tired before my arms or core.
Is this normal for someone just beginning yoga, and will it pass??
I’m a beginner for yoga, and have been doing these three videos for almost
a week and have already lost 2 pounds. I feel more relaxed and energized.
I can not thank you enough for the free video’s. ?
Courtney still doing yoga 2.5 weeks. I began yoga because I felt so
stressed about just getting pumped to go running or pylometrics classes and
never looking forward to it. So I found your video one day and decided I
was gonna do that to simple stretch and relax and see if I felt less stress
about getting to my work out. My weight before yoga was 173lbs and I’m at
167 doing your yoga videos daily. I love how you explain what the body is
going through while stretching. I really feel like I’m communicating with
my body/self. Thank u?
Hey! Love the videos, number two made me sweat!!! Lovedd it. Do you have
any specific advice for someone who wants to lose belly and back fat with
yoga and has a herniated disc? Thank you.?
Hello Courtney! I have been doing yoga for over a year now, but there are
still some figures I cannot do completely. Could you tell what is better by
downward facing dog: straight legs but then hips are not as high then yours
(weight on the legs), or bent knees but back very stretched and hips high
(weight on the arms)? thanks a lot for your videos, they are great! ?
Just finished day 3. This has been a great help to me. I’m not that
flexible but I will continue watching your videos Courtney so I can reach
my goal ?

What after the day 3 class? Should I start from Day 1 again? Or do I have
to follow some other routine??
I’m doing this everyday now…thanks for guidance… :D?
