    May I just say that *before this video I did your ‘Calorie Burning Low
    Impact Cardio Workout for Beginners – Recovery Cardio Workout with No
    Jumping’* and … damn … *while doing leg lifts and pulses sweat was
    pouring down my face*, literally into my eyes. That was a real struggle. *Thanks
    for these videos. I enjoy sweating and doing something good for my body at
    least 3 time a week* :)

    I love that she really does it with us and sometimes she mixes up routine.
    Some videos have so much editing that after a few videos I stop.I felt the
    burn tonight and have been doing the works for two weeks.

    This was a perfect beginners workout. I am trying to incorporate more HIIT
    into my workouts but some I find are too challenging and I find myself
    getting frustrated and quitting by the middle. I’m a lover of pilates and
    yoga so this was just what I needed to include into my week.
