Looks kind of fun (not as much as Cassey’s videos) but I don’t have that
much space in my room or anywhere else in our house and I can’t even go
outside cause it’s usually raining all the year. Plus the nearest gym is
like 30 km away (which is about 18.5 miles). makes me kind of sad that I
can’t do everything I’d like to.. Cause even some of Cassey’s videos need
too much space for me (more like my room). I have got a really tiny
bedroom. Am I the only one with this struggle?
do i need a Medical check for this workout? I’m 13 years old and at a size
of 1,55cm i almost weigh 60 kg. I figured out if I do that every day I may
decrease weight.
I loved this routine but the adverts that interrupted twice during it was
frustrating as I had to stop what I was doing and skip on my computer. Can
you just have adverts at the start instead?
Pretty good moves, but she didn’t do it for long enough to make me feel
like I was going to throw up, which is how I measure the effectiveness of a
workout. Also, the cool down was too long.
I’ve been using this for 2 weeks now and it’s been working great for me!!
they’re not to challenging to the point were I don’t want to do them and It
takes the sweat out of me.. I’ve actually been seeing results but I also
have to maintain a good diet! After every workout I get a cup of warm water
and add 2 small lemons (juice) no sugar then I take a spoon of olive oil
and drink the water right after it helps clean out your stomach and digest
better you should all try It out !! (: btw makes sure you drink the water
with lemon before eating any meal! Hope this helps someone
i watched the whole thing, trying to revamp my workout to fit my body type
and i like it, looks great, but ironically the word “bollywood” popped into
my head, and then i read the description. Glad to see this is working for
people, gonna try it this week.

Had tried this workout for 3 days skipped a few cos not enuf stamina.. Lost
almost 2 kg with diet plan..
Really cool, but a little hard for beginner-non-sport-people :D
Can I lose thigh fat from doing this regularly??

This workout gave me leg pain for two days haha..but i never stop doing
these routines….love it, it feels great after doing this workout..
Isn’t easy, but isn’t impossible either
