i would like to lift my feet while lying but my right foot always makes a
sound like when two bones pop on eacch other. im only 13 . do you think it
is serious?
I have been looking for a real get to the point kinda yoga instructor. I
really like yoga…. makes me feel great. I have gotten away from it but am
not back on it. Looking forward to following you and getting into some of
these poses. thanks

I did a meal plan and chose some videos to do my exercises and yoga. I
started today some of them and this one..let see how it work thank you for
this video this my first day and I did feel it was working..
