    Do you think that you could teach a work out exercise or yoga session for
    people who may be living life in a wheelchair, without the use of their
    lower limbs? Upper body and back fat areas to target. This may also benefit
    people who are in a job that requires you to be sitting for hours at a
    time, in front of a computer? I love watching your channel but I don’t
    believe that there are currently any videos that are available that cater
    to this subject? Can you help? Thank you and keep up the good work.

    happy baby at the end of the practice seems to be more difficult for me my
    legs are usually tired and its hard for me to keep my legs open like that.

    I really enjoy your yoga videos! You do an excellent job of explaining and
    moving us through the sequence. As far as your question of if we prefer
    sunny or rainy days, I have to say that I like both equally, but snow/sleet
    is what I dislike. Also, happy baby pose feels much better at the end of
    the practice, but it’s nice to do at the beginning as well to open up the

    Fantastic, thanks Erica. Some of these stretches (pigeon, warrior, etc)
    pull on my mesh as I had a inguinal hernia operation. Any chance these
    stretches can be modified so that (ironically) the stretch doesnt hurt the
    operated area? just fyi, the operation took place about 3 years ago, but
    certain exercises and moves can cause a sharp pain, almost as though the
    mesh or internal stitching is being undone or pulled…. Thanks Erica.

    Great video, thanks Erica you are amazing, I normally try the shorter
    videos but I am trying the 1 hour videos, although i do struggle a bit, i
    am keeping at it, I am not flexible at all, but will continue…oh and
    about sunny days or rainy days, I live in the Caribbean…Trinidad, we have
    lots of hot sunny days, great place to visit if you like the heat

    yoga workouts really take a lot of focus! I enjoyed this video and your
    other 1 hour yoga video–would love to see more! I also liked the new
    poses in this video, especially Diver’s pose! Thanks again :) Wish you

    Wow I love this, it is actually a tie for my top favorite video! I have
    learned so much from watching this compared to others. I have just started
    a week ago and I have a question on pushing ones self. I am wondering if it
    is more effective to just keep going even if I am challenged to where I am
    shaking or barely making it through or almost not making it through or if
    it’s better to take break and do it more when I have rested. What
    healthiest what will build my strength and endurance and make me progress
    at a “good” pace , what is a good pace?. Also is there any types of yoga
    that are better or worse for mild neck and back scoliosis?

    I love all yoga teachers from psychetruth (and Corrina <3) but lately I'm
    addicted to Erica. I am currently training to become a yoga instructor and
    I really like her style. The way she dresses, her rhythm, so similar to
    mine. And I love the longer videos! But I also like to do several short
    ones in a row and mix the teachers.
    PS. Favorite colors are purple with green and preferred weather is
    definitely sunshine, I hate rain too.
