    To people who want to burn excess fat and lose weight… just stop eating
    junk food, drink lots of water and eat from all food groups in moderation.
    Do any kind of exercise daily (30 mins or more) and remember that this is
    not a temporary new regime, but a new lifestyle you need to adopt. Because
    going back is not an option. Good Luck! Don’t click on any strange links
    for miracle pills, the easy way out is most likely a sham.

    I just did a 40 minute beginner yoga video and didn’t sweat for the whole

    just what I’ve been looking for. I just have one question. I really want to
    lose weight in my arms. They’re already kind of muscular and I’m afraid
    that I’ll build even more muscles in them because in a lot of these
    exercises the weight is shifted into arms. So should I continue with these
    exercises or should I try something else?
