To people who want to burn excess fat and lose weight… just stop eating
junk food, drink lots of water and eat from all food groups in moderation.
Do any kind of exercise daily (30 mins or more) and remember that this is
not a temporary new regime, but a new lifestyle you need to adopt. Because
