    personally i find kickboxing better than yoga i cant do yoga it makes me
    feel bored now kickboxing cardio is energetic and gives you plenty of sweat
    and punching a heavy bag feels even better
    i made some sparrings too when i was training but i got my ass kicked and
    realized i needed full body workouts to become stronger

    There are enough cardio kickboxing videos already on YouTube. And sorry
    but if you’re doing cardio kickboxing then your technique likely sucks (no
    offense, that’s just the way it is, the focus isn’t on proper technique).
    Imagine how much you would cringe if you saw yoga with sloppy technique.
    That’s how much I cringe when watching cardio kickboxing.

    I searched for Yoga for Beginners and this video really is the best one. I
    don’t think some of these instructors realize how difficult it is for
    beginners to sit cross-legged. That may sound stupid but it puts a lot of
    stress on my hips and flexors. I also like the way Erica helps you
    position feet and shoulders and other positions. This video is really for
    beginners. Thank you.
