I’ve been doing this on and off for the past year or so and today I did it
after some time off. Amazing how much stronger I’ve become and how much
easier the routine. It feels like a warming gentle stretch now.

on google)? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my co-worker
got excellent weight loss results with it.

I lost weight. Whenever I do this sequence on a consistent basis people
always comment how toned I look and how I look like I’ve lost weight. I
notice the difference between when i do and when I don’t do these sequence
on a consistent basis. The weight does melt away. Thank you Sadie. I love
this simple (effective) routine.
Great Routine ! Very balanced and effective… I’ve been feeling quite low
and practicing this sequence helped me a lot to feel fit again. Still
struggling with some remaining pain. If you’d have any tips for numbness in
arms or legs, I’ll take them ! Thank you so much for spreading positive

Hello people… Can anyone of you suggest me good weight loss program for
my wife? She has big problem with obesity. She has tried different methods
and trainings but no one really worked in her case (last time she lost 12
pounds in 3 weeks and now she is gaining pounds again). If anyone knows any
good weight loss program, please suggest! Thanks in advance
I dont think it will burn up much body fat doing this. Its ok but need
something that actually makes you sweat or its just not hard enough on the
body.
Exercice is not the only thing to concentrate on, you need also to eat
healthy. No processed foods, no added sugar, no alcohol, no soda, very
little meat (if any), very little dairy (if any), lots of raw fruits and
veggies, and lots of water.

year now, and I don’t feel like I am capable of achieving the yoga. Each
move I copy, I’m too slow, my breathing gets out of sync, my knees shake
and I lose balance. Is it simply a case of keep trying, or do you think
there is something physically hindering me? Thank you for uploading these
