I have a lot of muscular issues and I find it really hard to gain
flexibility. I’m competitive, so a lot of times I just end up frustrated
with work out routines. I’m also a single mom with a full time job, and
full time school, so taking a yoga class or going to the gym isn’t an
option. These videos have been fabulous! I am more flexible and have more
core strength than I have in years. I get my heart rate up to fat burning
levels during the second video. Also these videos, along with healthy
eating, have helped me lose weight (about 8 pounds at a steady pace). I
also think I am starting to see core definition, little baby abs peeking
through. I absolutely love this, and I can’t wait to be able to move on to
    the third video.

Hahaha, doesn’t matter if you have a bellybutton ring, we are here just to
use the video as a guide and do yoga, not to watch how many rings you have.
Besides, if you are concentrate enough you don’t pay attention to little
details. You should keep it if that you really wants.
Great videos by the way, love them!

  8. Amelia McGee says:

Your belly button ring is NOT distracting. People should be focused on the
poses and breathing not your belly button.

  9. Out of Babylon Bellydanceschool says:

When people feel distracted by whatsoever, they should take it as
opportunity to work on their concentration skills. Take the bellyring as an
object for meditation (instead of complaining and urging others to change
    what they obviously like.:) )

  10. James Dean says:

I have only just found this, I think it’s great, I think am not distracted
by the belly ring at all, who’s distracted from yoga by a belly ring? Leave
it in! I think if some people are distracted by that little jewel they’re
missing something about why they’re here.
Yoga comes from a culture to begin with that celebrates the human
    expression in all it’s forms.

Great video. Please wear your belly ring. – Because you like it and it’s
your body. Any one commenting negatively on it is missing the point. It’s a
    yoga video.

  12. Pro Steamer says:

You are the best yoga teacher – with great explanations how to do each
pose. I love this routine, as well as the first one, still trying to master
this one and will move on to the third one. Thank you for these videos!

  13. José Manuel Padial says:

Your first and second videos are perfect for a beginner like me (I haven’t
seen the third yet). The pace at which you move and speak allow me to
follow you through all movements with precision and without having to stop
every 30 seconds, something I wasn’t able to accomplish with other online
    tutorials. Thank you.

  14. Bonnie Welsh says:

If people are worried about your jewelry they aren’t focused on themselves.
    Never even noticed it.

  15. jessa daggs says:

I love your videos and your belly button ring. You’re a great instructor.

  16. Jake Saile says:

lol i got through the first one drenched in sweat, idk how u dont sweat –
    GREAT video

  17. Camden Smith says:

I did workout one then this one then Ali keno a espresso yoga interval. I
liked these workouts as slow warm ups so my interval yoga I was struggling.
For the record if anyone is so focused on this instructors bellybutton
rings then they are not doing yoga because you shouldn’t be looking at the
screen more than 90% of the time. I could care less if she has horns coming
out of her head. She’s good.

To the instructor….if people are complaining about your belly button ring
they are simply projecting their own body issues on to you. We all have our
issues and we all have things we don’t like. If you don’t like this
instructor because of belly button rings then you are missing out on great
    yoga. That’s a shame.

  18. The Observer says:

your belly button is not distractive keep it. it is really nice. I have a
question for you, I’ve hurt my elbow by just standing on them with the
upward facing dog the part on the elbow obviousbly. I thaught at the
begginning it was only little bruises due to the fact that I might be doing
it wrong, but the next day it looked like carpet burned. I do yoga on a
yoga mat and when I get a little warm my hands slip on the mat. Very
unconfortable, any suggestion? and my poor knees hurt as well. I consider
myself an ok size so it should’nt be a weight problem. my doctor told me I
    should weight arround 160pounds and I actually weight 190pounds 5’8.5ft. I
am tall and yes for my weight I have habs. considering all of these I hope
you can give me some specific information on the way I should do it in
order to avoid any physical problem. Thank you very much NAMASTE

  19. Robin Jauch says:

thank you… this was a great challenge!

  20. Chris Vesenka says:

This is a great way to wake up. After that workout my whole body feels warm
and energized. Also I think your bellybutton piercings are great! You be
you, don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.

  21. hannah drak says:

I died at 23 minutes. I did pretty good.

  22. Vicky Tissingh says:

really liked this session! can you do a session with less shoulder
pressure? i have a torn ligiment so bit of this were to sore to handle?

  23. Tahtahme Xero says:

I didn’t even see your belly ring until you mentioned, and BTW its
fantastic. Someone out there is just looking for an excuse to not practice.

  24. Will Markley says:

My girlfriend and I have used this workout together almost everyday for
about a month now. Great stuff. We live in a rural community in central PA
and don’t have access to a yoga group or class. Thanks for posting this. It
has been a real boost to help us get through the winter.

  25. Nichole Pulcino says:

I don’t even notice your belly button piercing. thanks for the awesome
    video!
