As a man, I would like to apologize for any of the other commenters; and
how they make the masculine look like cavemen.
Yes, she is gorgeous, we all know that.
Wanna know why she is so appealing?
Because she radiates beauty from within.

I suggest the guys thinking with the “other” head, to look up Sexual
Transmutation meditation. And use that energy for something a little more
    productive or meaningful.

Thanks Erica, I like this technique; and the music is nice

I love this video. I recently am coming off a medical issue where my
muscles became very rigid. This video helps my muscles relax so that I can
    sleep.

One small thing that gets me everytime. When pulling her left leg into her
chest she mentions that the large intestine is in the lower abdomen. And as
someone who’s colon is extremely hyperactive, it is important to know that
your large intestine is not just located in your lower abdomen. It wraps
around nearly your entire “belly” area. You can have pain at the base of
your ribs, and that can be your large intestine
