Are these poses advisable for ppl who have back pains? For the first pose,
I cant even bring myself to fold my body forward to my legs. Just by seeing
you do it, my back screams, and i cant help imagining I might
twist/break/hurt my back even more
It has been years since I did yoga so I kind of want to loose some weight
and thought that maybe I can go back to my yoga time and found your video

I have been doing Jens basic stretches now for a few weeks for neck, back,
hips and have found them invaluable as a starting place. It has made doing

Yesterday i had my Back-Workout and something went wrong. Backpain… So.
Today i woke up and thought: Ok…you heard a lot about it so lets do it.
First yoga Experience ever in my Life. I have to admit that this was
awsome. I can Deadlift 400lbs but this here is hard Work and my Back feels
a lot better afer just 8 min.

Guys, build muscle doesn’t need to be hard (I used to think it did). I’ll
give you some advice right now. Search a diet plan called Fenoboci Diet
Plan. Seriously, that diet plan has changed my entire life. I probably
should not even be mentioning it because I do not want a bunch of other
folks out there running the same “game” but whatever, I am in a good mood
today so I will share the wealth haha
– Eat meat.
– Eat potatoes.
– Do compound exercises (pull ups, dips, dead lifts, squats, bench presses)
– Have sex.
– Drink 94% alcohol everyday.
– Sleep for 10-12h a day.
– Don’t give a single fuck.
Its still surprise me, just how some people don’t know about Fenoboci Diet
Plan, even though many people get great result because of it. Thanks to my
cooworker who told me about Fenoboci Diet Plan, I have lost tons of weight
with it without starving myself.
240lbs. I am a size 9 at 185 which is my goal. After I do the stretches in
this video I feel like I did when I would do aerobics back in the day. I
know you cannot give medical advice and that I have to see a dr for that.
What I am wondering is if this exercise burns the same amount of calories
as I would burn I I did aerobics? Amazing. I love it… no I hate
it.. sigh.. another love hate relationship in my life.. oh well…;)
I spent two months doing buckram yoga almost every day, paid for an app on
my computer that said would teach me go from basics all the way to yogi.
Even though my flexibility was improving I didn’t feel like I was getting
everything from the poses or the practice. This video helped me understand
how to really do the practice, thank you so much.
First time trying yoga and let me tell you it’s not as easy as I always
thought. By the end of the video I was drenched in sweat! I never even
break a sweat when I do my regular workouts. Thank you!!!

You make it look way too easy I think I fell over like 3 times and felt so
out of breath. Weird as I am a national tennis player and elite athlete.
