Amazing workout! Been feeling ill the last few days and today I finally
felt a bit better, but I was scared to even do a ‘recovery’ workout because
when I worked out last week I felt completely shattered rather than
energised like I usually do. I thought 15 minutes yoga/cardio seemed doable
and wow I worked up a good sweat and was really feeling the burn but also
felt energised after the workout
Also I love the idea of yoga but idk why I can’t ever do it at home because
I just get bored. I can do it in fitness class with an instructor though
and it feels so good afterwards. But this workout didn’t bore me in the
least. It was pretty fun!!
Amazing workout! I hope to see more of these in the future, keep up the
marvelous job!
