LOL! If you think this will help you lose weight you probably skipped
biology class in high school! :D
Thinking hard about losing weight and standing in retarded stretching
positions won’t burn calories. Running and having your heart rate up at a
high enough level and sweating like hell will help you.
Don’t get fooled by all these easy-lazy pseudo workouts.

Why do the yoga teachers talk so much? It’s very dificcult to follow when
you doing the exercice and also very dificult to relax, and actually it’s
    very annoying

Very nice video.I have a question? When should I have breakfast, before
yoga or after? What do you recommend?

  8. cartdcdonut says:

OMG!! What took me so long to find this gem! You’re amazing Erica! I’ve
been missing my yoga practice. I used to do hot yoga through Modo yoga in
Mpls(which a lot of folks compare to Austin, not weather wise of course!) I
love Austin! Anyways…I digress. I’m excited to find you and jump back
into yoga. P.S. I love your voice it’s very calm and energetic at the same
    time. Namaste.

Both my GP and Cardiologist have stressed that I cannot do any strenuous
activity or sports, but this would be great! I’ve wanted to do yoga since I
have problems with my knees. i’m definitely starting this and adding it to
my morning routine or at least changing it to have this start my mornings.
    :)

Hey proper exercise and diet helps to lose weight easily
    1. Do not skip your break fast.
    2. Do not eat more at a time. You can have less food for 4-5 times in a day
which will help you to digest food properly.
    3. Avoid sugar food, maida, dairy products, pasta, burger, meat, cold
drinks, tea, egg yolk, fatty oily food and bread.
    4. No rice. Those can’t stay away from rice can eat less in the morning or
lunch only but avoid in the evening.
This way you can lose or control weight by following tips on eyogaguru.

    Love you!! Excellent.

  12. Mishele Newkirk-Smith says:

Love it! It has been too long since I practiced yoga. I have been
experiencing back pains ans wanted to get back into yoga without having to
go to a gym. I am on day 5 and enjoying your video. I hope to move up to
    video 2 soon. Thanks!

  13. YesReneau says:

Yay I did it! Lol I really hate stretching

  14. kenous atuss says:

Thank you for posting this video. I learned a lot. I’ve been doing yoga
off and on for a few years, but I seem to get lost in class sometimes
because I have never had much instruction on body position. This video
really helped. Having access to this video is a total score.

  15. Layla Marie Greulich says:

I really enjoyed this. I am going to start doing this in the morning. I am
currently in London. Since I am from Sunny Florida this weather change has
taken a toll. I am also on a weight loss journey. I hope to drop 100 pounds
this year and this is perfect to start my mornings. I will deff subscribe
    as well.

  16. Melinda Gyor says:

Erica, I did your yoga for the first time today. I have watched other yoga
videos and I really enjoyed yours. It is important for yoga instructors to
understand that when students are learning yoga for the very first time,
specific instruction is needed. You did an excellent job of verbally
guiding me through the workout as opposed to remaining silent for a long
period of time. You have a new fan! Thank you.

  17. Denise Nassetta says:

Excellent yoga practice. Erica’s voice is both soothing and competent and
the instructions are clear without being intrusive mentally. Variations are
provided for different skill levels. (I would recommend a bit of a body
warmup if you are really doing this practice on arising…otherwise you may
be too stiff to stretch correctly.)

  18. Emily Lissett Palma Consuegra says:

hello, ummm, I started today with this classes and I feel like I being
losing my time without doing this natural work. i feel awesome today Thank
you Erica i’ll wait for moreeee! love it.

  19. keats27 says:

Been doing this for nearly five months now. Down 20+ lbs. When I started,
I could only do about the first 15 minutes (not including the beginning
minute or so). Now I do this + 10 minutes of dancing warrior sequence.
After today, I think I can handle the new hour program–didn’t see anything
on going through it with the scroll bar that I can’t handle. Thinking of
purchasing one of Erica’s $5 programs off her website just to say thank
    you.

  20. serban chinole says:

@Erica@Corrina there are some inverted poses here, I am not suppose to take
those because of glaucoma, any options?

  21. Kimberly Skinner says:

This was an Amazing workout! I’ve been slowly working up to more difficult
sequences and poses. This was a great challenge for me & I loved the build
up. You’re great with descriptions/instruction. I will definitely be coming
    back to this. Thank you!

  22. Paola Paniagua says:

I love her vibe ^_^ not too hard of a routine either.

  23. fliptthescript says:

does she ever respond to any of the messages? or just make you tube videos
to make money and ignore all the hits shes gets? Way to repay your
    audience…

  24. Aujalee Fisher says:

Good workout, but it gets a little too fast halfway through. I have been to
advanced yoga classes that do not move this fast, because that kind of
defeats half of what yoga is.
