wondering what the best exercise would be for strengthening knees. I’m in
my early 30s and they creak like an old door. It’s very disheartening as I
was physically fit 3 yrs back, but due to stress, I got depressed and
stopped working out. Now my knees are bad. Any advice would be greatly
appreciated. Thank you!
I was really active until I started University (dancing 3-5 hours a weeks,
went to the gym 4-5 days a week and rode to and from work 5 days a week).
However after moving and starting university (about 14 weeks) i have been
unable to maintain this level of activity and have experienced muscle
wastage, especially in my legs. Is there any way I can reverse this process
and stop it from happening within a few weeks? or does long and slow work
best?
