*AEROBIC NÀO BẠN ƠI!*
I say this at the risk of being misunderstood or perceived as jealous or
envious: I’m not debating that the lady has some natural beauty; that’s
pretty clear to anyone watching. It’s just that to me – the whole
environment seems more like a Bollywood setup (spotlights, fans & all)
aimed at making the actress shine. And I’m sitting here in my living room
wondering (with a few precious minutes to spare) “how authentic is this
video? Is this really what caused her to look like that or, was this just
something this “actress” did as a fly-by gig? How often does “she”
personally do this routine? I don’t know about you all but I like to be
sure of the effectiveness and authenticity of a workout routine so I
haven’t wasted precious time/days on it. I really wish she’d have some
personal live dialogue to connect with her audience while working out,
instead of a recording after the fact.

hit famous bollywood actress & moreover females deserve to look Fab. & this

it’s almost 3 am now and i was bored in my bed and actually got up to do
this workout lol
I could’ve kept going for the whole 30 minutes but my muscles hurt so much
since im not used to activity. anyone know when they well stop hurting?
them hurting limits me to doing only about 10-15 minute work outs a day. i
need to get fit but its hard

I did this for 10 Minutes and had to move on. Just not intense at all.
Looks like there are some yahoos here who are the comment police because
they have nothing better to do. I’m getting all kinds of comments through
my email just because I happened to reply to your comment earlier. Welcome
to YouTube where the replies you will get can be stupid, insane or
inflammatory. Anyways there are a million reasons a person could stumble on
this video. Personally I came here because I’m in shape but want to help my
younger sister get started working out. She just got diagnosed with
diabetes. She came to my house and we did a search for beginner cardio and
this popped up. We opted for Jillian Michaels shred level 1. I don’t know
who this actress is nor do I give a rats ass. But anyway, my advice to
sweetavee is to just ignore. Let the teenagers keep commenting.
Well, I won’t be doing this workout anymore. Interruptions by commercials
while I’m trying to exercise are just unacceptable.

I would love to team up with you and many others and create a support
group / motivational group for those who are like minded in striving for a
healthier lifestyle. My cell is 301-844-8677 I’m at 255 now and I’m
truly seeking a more of a support team. I have gotten delivered from
smoking, drinking, all cancer cells, and even have now been celibate for 6
years. Although God has delivered me from many things this weight has
remain. I believe that if God can deal with all these other things and
deliver me He can also do the same in this. I would really love to team up
with who ever is likeminded in providing motivation and inspirational
support balance with accountability! Whoever is willing and ready feel free

Im 3 months post partum with my 5th child. they are all back to back and
thankfully I didn’t get too big… this was fun!
I mean good for people who feel they did some workout doing this. But the
truth is this is hardly a workout and you can never get a body like hers if
you think doing this alone is good enough. I am sure even she couldn’t get
a body like that doing her own workout.
Wow! I really love this workout! I did it in my own house and it was super
good, I really love dancing so this workout was perfect! But it was not so
intensive but othervise it was a very good aerobic dance workout. Can you
please do more aerobic dance workouts Bipasha and a bit more intensive?

After 30 mins of hardcore dance aerobic Bipasha Basu is beautiful as the
first minutes of dance… OMG is she human ?
This seems easy and enjoying. Gonna try this with my friends.
